Northern Trust appoints new country executive for India
Northern Trust has appointed Veda Persad as country executive for India.
Persad began her career with Northern Trust as vice president, client service and relationship management in December 2004.
Persad was head of Securities Services India at Northern Trust from July 2017 to March 2019 before taking up a role as operations executive with the global bank.
Based in Karnataka, India, Persad has also held other senior roles at Canadian firms IA Clarington and International Financial Data Services, as well as State Street.
